Our systems automatically reactivate (unsuspend) a server after a late payment was received.
Please make sure to use the provided payment links from within the client-portal in order to have the payment assigned to your invoice automatically.
In case your server doesn't come up automatically, please restart it manually using the VPS panel.
Please note that EDIS suspends services if the payment was not recorded on the due-date (midnight).
Services can be unsuspended up to 5 days after the due-date (late payments).
Terminated services can be restored within 2 days from termination (please submit support-ticket)
Please note that EDIS does not create backups of any of your servers!
